Our platform allows homeowners to request quotes, receive pricing based on user-submitted measurements, and schedule service.Note: We do not personally perform the sealing work; all physical services are rendered by subcontractors under their own licenses, insurance, and liability.2.Quote Accuracy and Client ResponsibilityAll quotes are based on information submitted by the client, including driveway measurements and property details.
It is your responsibility to provide accurate and truthful information.
Final pricing may be subject to adjustment based on actual on-site conditions (e.g., additional square footage, extensive damage, or unreported features).3.Subcontractor RelationshipAll work is performed by independent contractors.
We are not liable for damages, delays, or issues caused by subcontractors, though we attempt to match you only with insured and vetted professionals.

Subcontractor Agreement & Terms of ServiceEffective Date: April 24 2025Business Name: Hardside ServicesThis Agreement sets forth the terms under which Contractor agrees to provide driveway sealing and related services on behalf of Hardside Services.1.Independent Contractor RelationshipContractor agrees that they are not an employee, partner, or agent of Hardside Services. Nothing in this Agreement shall be interpreted as creating an employment relationship.2.Scope of WorkThe Contractor shall:Perform driveway sealing services as assigned by Hardside Services.
Arrive on time and complete work within the expected timeframe.
Provide their own tools, equipment, and transportation.
Upload before/after photos if requested.
Maintain a clean, professional appearance and behavior.3.Insurance & LiabilityContractor must maintain active Commercial General Liability insurance of at least $1,000,000.
Contractor must provide a copy of their Certificate of Insurance upon signing and update it upon renewal.
Contractor assumes full responsibility for damages or injuries caused during their work.
Contractor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Hardside Services from any claims, damages, or legal costs arising from their work.4.CompensationContractor will be paid their set rate based on sq ft of driveway per completed job.
Payment will be issued within 48 hours after verified job completion.
No payment will be made for incomplete, disputed, or rejected jobs.5.Quality StandardsContractor agrees to:Perform work to a high professional standard.
Use appropriate sealing materials.
Avoid damage to property or landscaping.
Address and rectify complaints within a reasonable time.6.AvailabilityContractor will provide regular availability updates and respond promptly to new job offers. Hardside Services reserves the right to reassign a job if the Contractor is unresponsive or unavailable.7.TerminationEither party may terminate this agreement at any time with written notice. Grounds for immediate termination include:Uninsured work

Dishonesty or misrepresentation8.Non-SolicitationContractor agrees not to solicit or accept work directly from clients introduced by Hardside Services for a period of 12 months following the last assigned job.9.ConfidentialityContractor agrees to keep all client data, pricing information, and business practices of Hardside Services confidential and not to disclose or misuse such information.10.AcceptanceChecking the digital acceptance box on Hardside Services onboarding form, the Contractor acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the above terms.
